1. What Telos Consent is

Telos Consent is software that helps you show a consent banner, block some scripts until consent, and record visitors’ choices. It is an automated tool. It is not legal advice and does not make any website compliant with any law.

2. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your website’s compliance, including your cookie policy, the categories you assign and the scripts you run. Scans record what our scanner observed on the pages visited at that time and may miss items. Before a banner goes live you must review the scan and sign off, and we recommend your data protection lead or legal adviser checks your setup.

3. Data protection

When we store consent records for your visitors, you are the controller and Telos Marketing Group Ltd acts as your processor under our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

4. Liability

Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for regulatory fines or penalties, or for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, to the extent the law allows. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
